As a HR consultant I advise our customers on the full range of issues that arise in the workplace throughout the employee life cycle. This includes advice on recruitment and onboarding, reward and benefits, managing family friendly leave and holidays, employee engagement and performance management and appraisals. I also support our customers with the day to day employment relations Issues that arise such as disciplinaries and grievances and redundancies.

I have a post graduate diploma In Human Resource Management (CIPD Level 7 accredited) and a LLB (Hons) In law.

I have decades of experience in the people management arena and have worked in professional services, technology, media and online retail.

In my spare time I enjoy going to the theatre and have recently started to study the History of Art!


As an HR Advisor, I work alongside citrusHR’s HR Consultants supporting with HR advice and the document review and contract process.

Before joining citrusHR I worked as an HR Advisor at the head office of a global retailer in London.

I am currently studying Human Resources Management with the Open University during my spare time, after gaining the CIPD level 3 Certificate in Human Resources Practice in 2016. Prior to this I completed my BA (Hons) in French and Spanish at the University of Exeter.

I enjoy spending my weekends venturing back to London or exploring Cornwall and Somerset.


As HR Consultant I provide advice and support on all aspects of HR.

I bring extensive HR experience gained within corporate functions, retail, distribution and funeral care.  My specialisms are employee relations and reward and I am passionate about supporting mental health in the workplace.

I am a Chartered MCIPD member and a qualified user of psychometrics including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.


As HR Operations Manager, I oversee the Customer Services and HR/Legal teams.  I am responsible for ensuring our customers are well supported throughout their journey, receiving outstanding levels of support and advice.  As part of the Senior Management Team I am also responsible for advising on HR best practice and supporting citrusHR to achieve its business goals and objectives.

Before joining citrusHR I spent 16 months as Head of Central Services at health and social care experts Carterwood and prior to that I spent 5.5 years working as Head of HR & Training for Dementia Care, a dementia charity based in Newcastle upon Tyne.

I am MCIPD qualified and have a degree in BA(Hons) Human Resource Management.

I have a love for travel, be it near or far, and look forward to wherever my next destination may take me..!


I joined citrusHR in January 2019 as a HR Advisor. My day to day role involves supporting the HR Consultants with document reviews, contract generation and advising customers.

Before I came to citrusHR I worked for a University in London for four years as a HR Officer for sessional staff and prior to that I worked at an Occupational Health Provider as an HR Co-Ordinator in Yorkshire.

I am Assoc CIPD qualified.

I love to watch live music, whether that’s a local band or a stadium concert.
