So, how does citrusHR offer HR advice?
When you sign up with us, you get the benefit of all the other parts of our service, and unlimited access to our qualified HR consultants over the phone. Our consultants will be happy to email you confirming the advice they give you over the phone.
And please note that we did say HR Consultants. Some large national HR services will let you talk to call centre staff who aren’t fully qualified—we don’t work that way.
Our HR consultants are all fully qualified with the CIPD, and have years of experience in HR and people management. So they’re able to give HR advice on all sorts of issues that is sensible, helpful, and most importantly, practical for small businesses or charities like yours. And as we only work with small businesses and charities, we know that what works for larger organisations doesn’t always work for small companies, and will offer you the best advice for your situation.
We have consultants based all round the country. We will try to have you speak to the same consultant every time, though we can’t guarantee that.
We are also happy to come to your premises, though we do charge extra for that.
