We even track mileage, either using HMRC standard mileage rates, which we automatically keep up to date, or your own.

You decide who needs to approve the expenses, and then you can send them to Xero’s bill records.

If any of your team have company cards the system will automatically tell Xero that so you don’t risk paying the expense twice.
