How does the set-up process work?
The initial set-up is extremely simple and an online wizard will take you through the process which lasts no longer than a couple of minutes. It’s a case of filling out a simple online form with your company details and primary user details so you can gain access to the system.
How does the 14 day free trial work?
We offer a free trial so that you can see how the system works, and how it can help streamline your HR admin. We won’t take your payment details upfront, at the end of the 14 days you will be prompted to pay to continue to use the software.
How does your HR Software-Only differ from the full service?
Our Software-Only option is best for businesses who have HR resource in house, or already work with an HR consultancy. It is cheaper than our full service offering and does not include HR consultancy or advice, or employment contracts or policies. If you require these features please enquire about our full HR service and software solution here.
Is there a discount if I pay annually?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for annual upfront payment.
Do you offer a charity discount?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for charities.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, you can cancel your monthly subscription whenever you choose and you will not be charged again. We don’t charge any cancellation fees, and we will give you an export of your data.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept credit and debit card payments or you can set-up a direct debit via GoCardless.
