Staff can check how much annual leave they have left and book in time off requests, which I can instantly accept. Before, we had to organise holidays through spreadsheets – the new process saves so much time.

“I especially like how most elements of the software can be ‘self-run’ by employees, so they can log in and view their personal documents such as their employment contract. Having their documents securely in one place also means they can’t lose them!

“It’s great having such easily accessible policies such as the Health and Safety Policy, so that they’re there for reference if anyone needs them.”
