We then keep these contracts and policies up-to-date as and when employment law changes so that you’re always legally compliant. We also advise you on the type of employment contract you might need for example full or part-time, casual or zero hours.

This gives you excellent access to staff information and can save you hours of admin time on things like holiday and absences or making job offers. It even has reminders which can save you money by helping you avoid situations such as paying less than minimum wage without realising.

Let’s face it, Health & Safety is something that most of us don’t love – but it is important to know and meet your legal obligations. We include a Health & Safety checklist, policy, Guide and access to Health & Safety consultants over the phone for free as part of our service, which is enough for most companies. And if you need more, such as a site visit from a qualified Health & Safety expert, we can arrange that, too.
