Employment policies set out how you expect your staff to behave in a variety of important situations. A Staff Handbook is a complete set of these policies. If you already have some in place we can review them to make sure you have all the policies you need and they are up to date. And if you don’t, we can provide all the policies you need. We will then keep these policies up to date over time.

This gives you excellent access to staff information and can save you hours of admin time on things like holiday and absences or making job offers. It even has reminders which can save you money by helping you avoid situations such as paying less than minimum wage without realising.
