The small business HR experts

We have often been called the small business HR experts. We provide up to date employment contracts and policies, helpful tools, and a qualified consultant to talk to whenever you need to.

We specialise in small companies – while we are happy to support firms with up to 50 staff, most of our clients have less than 25.

We are different to most HR services. We believe that small companies need a fresh approach. We are affordable, friendly and personal. And we won’t ask you to sign a long contract.
